Arrangement

Arrangement is a very broad musical term that spans many elements of original composition and creativity while at the same time adhering to a strict brief using an existing piece of music as it’s reference point.  In many ways a great arrangement is as important as a great composition.

I have an incredibly varied client list including Joss Stone, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Allen Vizzutti, Central Band of the Royal Air Force, Lucky Chops, Black Dyke Brass Band, Cameron Macintosh Productions, BBC Big Band, Beth Orton, Jamiroquai, Manchester Camerata and Classic FM.

All scores and parts are prepared to the highest standards using Sibelius and Finale software, and can be delivered either electronically or printed.  Audio previews are also available for every arrangement so that conductors and performers can easily familiarise themselves with the music. Professional copying services are also offered.

Composition

Music at it’s point of conception can take many forms.  I provide original compositions in printed or audio format for stage, screen, online and any media that you could require!  I use a combination of great live musicians and expert musical programmers to get the best possible results for your budget.

Recent projects have included broadcast commissions for ITV, Channel 4, Classic FM and BBC television and radio.  Commercial clients have included Audio Network, PHMG, Honda, Yamaha and Red Bull.  Concert platform commissions have been performed by the Royal Shakespeare Company, Lucky Chops, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, the BBC Big Band and Vanessa Mae.
